Do I have to use my own detergent and softener?
- The choice is yours! You can include your preferred products inside the bags, or let our wash partners use their own.
Will you take care of tough stains?
- Currently, we don't offer special care for stained or damaged clothing. We focus on providing reliable laundry solutions.
What is the cost of the service and delivery timeframe?
- The cost per laundry bag (considered a load) is $35.00 for 24-hour service and $45.00 for same-day service. An additional $2.99 Admin fee will be added.
Can I itemize my clothes piece by piece, so I know exactly what I sent to be washed?
- Yes, you can! The app offers two options: itemize and identify each piece, or put everything together and we'll sort it out by color.
Do I have to be home when my laundry bags are being picked up or delivered?
- You can leave the bags on your doorstep or personally give them to the Wash Partner. Alternatively, you can take your laundry bags to your workplace, and we can pick them up and deliver them there.
